1. Choose a location
Select the nearest YourBox location in Prague. We have 8 locations with good public transport and car access.
- View a map of all locations with availability and an overview of free boxes.
- Each location has its own page with photos, a map, and details.
- See the number of available boxes in real time.

2. Pick a box
Choose an available box on the interactive location floor plan based on the size you need.
- The interactive floor plan shows all boxes with their dimensions and prices.
- Filter by area or price and sort boxes according to your preferences.
- Green boxes are available — click for details and to order.

3. Register
Simple two-step registration. Just email, password, and billing details.
- Step 1: Enter your email, password, and name.
- Step 2: Fill in your billing address. Businesses can also enter their IČO and DIČ.
- Registration takes less than a minute.

4. Pay online
Secure card payment. No deposit — you only pay monthly rent.
- Card payment (Visa, Mastercard) through a secure payment gateway.
- No deposit, no hidden fees. Automatic monthly renewal.
- 14-day right of withdrawal.

5. Get your PIN
Immediately after payment, you'll receive a location PIN and padlock code by email.
- Access codes are emailed to you immediately.
- Building access 24/7 — anytime, day or night.
- Both PIN and padlock code are always available in your client dashboard.

How long does the entire process from order to access take?
The entire process takes approximately 3 minutes. Once you pay, you'll receive access details immediately via email.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No, YourBox does not require any deposit. You only pay monthly rent with no hidden fees.
Can I terminate the contract at any time?
Yes, with a monthly rental you can terminate at any time. For 6 and 12-month contracts, contractual terms apply. You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Is my box insured?
Yes, every box is automatically insured up to 50,000 CZK at no extra charge.
When can I access my storage?
The building is accessible 24/7 using your PIN code — day or night, whenever you need it.
What if I forget my PIN code?
You can find your PIN code anytime in your client dashboard on the website. You can also contact us at info@yourbox.cz.
